This years event will take place March 18th through the 21st at Windrock Park. Registration will open Early registration for past attendees will open 11/1, with New Vehicle Registration open 11/8 and run through 1/31. We will cap the registration at 150 trucks, not including staff and volunteers, so don't wait! Gates into the event area will open at 3:00pm on Thursday, March 18th.

No, your Windrock Park land use permit is not included in your event packet. Every person in your vehicle must have a land use permit for the park. You can get those online and redeem them once you get to there park, or purchase at the General Store or Campground Office prior to hitting the trails.

Yes! Each ticket includes 3 nights of camping inside the event area at the Windrock Park Campground. If camping is not your thing, Windrock offers a great assortment of cabins and tiny home lodging, as well as multiple hotels located close by in the city of Oak Ridge.

Trails range from mild to wild, depending on how the weather is and how the weather has been. There will be groups going out each day, running easy greens all the way up to double blacks. Make sure you attend the drivers meeting every morning if you're looking for a group to go out with! Already have a crew coming in? No worries! Be safe, enjoy the park, and see you back for dinner! 

We will give 100% refunds minus our processing fees up until registration closes on January 31st. You can receive at 50% refund minus processing fees up until March 1. After March 1, no refunds will be assessed. If you cannot make it to the event, we can give your event swag to a friend or another attendee, or mail you your swag if you'd like for $10. 

We don't care what you decide to sleep in. Tents, hammocks, roof top tents, campers, trailers, buggy haulers, we have it all! The event area is first come first serve with your camping setup, however we will create a "Generator Row" for those of you wanting to run a generator at night to keep you warm/cold depending on the weather. 

To be honest, we will know what the weather will be like about 3 days before the event. One year, it was 65-75 degrees, and the next year, it was 6 degrees and snowing. Generally, days are mild and in the 60's with nights getting down to the 40's, so make sure to check the weather before you come and pack accordingly!
